All goods remain the property of Pace Aquatics until paid for in full.

You should allow up to 14 days for delivery. Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days from date of despatch. These times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries use Royal Mail's standard parcel service. We may occasionally use different means of delivery depending upon the circumstances. Delivery is free of charge.

Pace Aquatics accept no responsibility for delay, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond their control.

The purchase of products from or between Pace Aquatics and the purchaser and/or user of this site shall be governed in all respects by English law.

We can make no guarantee that the Pace Aquatics web site will be error free nor that it will be accessible at all times.
