Returns / Refunds

We operate a 14 day money back guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days from the date of invoice and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid or a replacement if required.

Faulty or damaged goods

Please note that if returned goods are found not to be faulty or have been damaged through neglect or misuse, we reserve the right to return these to the buyer.
