Via this web site we collect personal data via the online form from which site users can sign up to our mailing list and also when a transaction is carried out and goods purchased from Pace Aquatics.

All personal data received on our site will be treated with confidentiality and will not be passed on to any third party.

Note that we do not hold credit/debit card details.

Personal details will only be used in relation to our business dealings with you and marketing for Pace Aquatics with the permission of the individual concerned.

We may occasionally send out emails notifying you of new products, special offers or other Pace Aquatics news. Each email you receive will have a simple unsubscribe link which will automatically erase your email address from our mailing list. Alternatively you can contact us and asked to be removed from the mailing list.

If you use our 'Send to a Friend' facility, your friend's details will not be collected or used by us for marketing purposes unless he/she later visits the site and gives us permission to use this data for those purposes.
